Our Streamlined Process: Simple, Clear, Collaborative
Our streamlined manufacturing journey begins with your vision. It is transformed from an initial hand sketch into a precise 3D CAD model, allowing for perfect digital visualization. A physical silver master mold is then crafted to create the foundation for production.Using the lost-wax casting method, we inject wax into the mold to form patterns, which are meticulously assembled into a wax tree. This tree is then invested and cast in your metal of choice, a process known as investment casting. Once cast, the raw pieces are devested and undergo precision trimming to remove sprues. They are then painstakingly polished and buffed to a flawless finish before advancing to electroplating for their final surface appearance and color.The process culminates with expert stone setting (where required), final assembly, and a multi-point quality control inspection. Each piece is certified to meet our stringent standards before being prepared for delivery to you.
